Dr. Rubenstein specializes in cosmetic and reconstructive surgery. His office is located in Aventura, Florida.

Dr. Rubinstein received his Doctor of Medicine Degree from the Saint Louis University School of Medicine. He completed a general surgery residency at Mount Sinai Medical Center in Miami Beach, Florida, and a plastic surgery residency at Christus St. Joseph Hospital in Houston, Texas. He also completed a fellowship in craniofacial and pediatric plastic surgery at Miami Children's Hospital, and a fellowship in microsurgery and hand surgery at The Buncke Clinic in San Francisco.

Dr. Rubinstein is board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. He is a clinical instructor in the Department of Surgery at NOVA Southeastern University, and on the clinical faculty at the Cleveland Clinic Plastic Surgery Residency Program in Florida. Dr. Rubinstein currently serves on the editorial staff of the Aesthetic Plastic Surgery Journal, which is published by the International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery.
